Download battlescribe data files

 · BattleScribeDataWeb is the web application that serves BattleScribe data files from the various data repositories on GitHub. It is a Java 8 web application designed to run on Google App Engine. Hey, whenever I try to download or update a data set, it just "checks for new data repositories" forever. I've tried restarting the program multiple times, letting it just sit for 15+ minutes, but its just stuck.
